Product Information

Our offers are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to make technical modifications and other changes as long as they are reasonable.

Ordering Products

By placing an order the customers makes a legally binding offer to contract. We will immediately confirm receipt of the customer’s order. Confirmation of receipt does not require us to accept the order. However, confirmation of receipt can be made together with the declaration of acceptance.

Pricing and Payment

The price of the products is the price stated in the website at the time we accept your order. All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT. In addition to the price, you will have to pay delivery charges as stated in the website at the time we accept your order. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

Payment is made by credit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.

Delivery and Avilability of Products

Delivery will be made to the delivery address which you specify in the check-out procedure. “Vital” can not be held responsible for products which are out stock or for any delays in delivery. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or have pricing, detail or description errors we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to credit clearance and address verification. Every effort shall be made to advise you of any delays as soon as possible.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time within 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and provide the reason for cancellation. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. You must return the products to us at the address bellow.

You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

Customs (outside European Union)

When ordering products from “Vital” for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be sustained by you. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Limitations of liability

“Vital” will not be responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using our services
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Croatian Law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
