Grassberg Omega-3 Premium 1200 mg delivers a concentrated dose of 350 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA per capsule. Just one capsule daily is enough for the heart, brain and eyesight. An amount greater than 250 mg of EPA+DHA per day contributes to the normal function of the heart, brain and vision.†
