Grassberg Skin Hair Nails capsules contain a balanced ratio of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and amino acids for healthy and beautiful skin, hair and nails. In addition to the B-vitamin complex, the formula is completed by zinc and vitamin C, all with confirmed health claims for the health of skin, hair or nails.
The amino acid L-cysteine stabilizes the structure of proteins, including keratin in hair and nails, and participates in the synthesis of collagen in the skin. The purified fish oil concentrate is a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids, and for a beneficial effect it can be combined with Grassberg Omega-3 Premium 1000mg.
Although primarily intended for beautiful skin, hair and nails, the vitamins, minerals and other substances added to the formula will benefit numerous other important functions of the body, such as normal energy production or as support for the circulatory system.
The product contains 200µg of folic acid, so girls who take it do not need to take additional amounts of this vitamin if they intend to become pregnant. In the event of pregnancy, this dietary supplement, due to the presence of borage oil, is better to replace with a product specifically intended for pregnant women.
