Your order from the GoVital.eu online shop will be shipped by Croatian Post, GLS Parcel Service, DPD or other express currier services.
Shipping costs are €9.10 (ex. VAT) for EU Zone1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia), €11.50 (ex VAT) for EU Zone2 (Czech Republic, Finland, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and €18,10 for EU Zone3 (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta)

Payment via PayPal Express Checkout When you select PayPal Express as your payment method at the checkout you will be automatically redirected to PayPal environment. Paypal Express Checkout allows you to pay by your credit card or PayPal account. PayPal account enables you to pay simply by entering your e-mail address and password. Your PayPal account will be charged with the corresponding amount and you will receive a confirmation of payment via e-mail.
Depending on the country of destination, delivery time is approx. 4-7 working days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Delivery takes approx. 4-7 working days. During this time, you can check the status of your package with your tracking number. If your package does not arrive despite a confirmation of delivery, please enquire with your local GLS service point first. If a local GLS representative is not able to tell you where your shipment is, please contact our team and we will help you try to locate it. The Vital online shop GoVital.eu delivers to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, (please use local vital.hr shop), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Deliveries to countries not included in the list above are currently not possible for logistical reasons.
We will charge you in Euro. Currency Converter rates on our pages are updated daily, but still, currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only.
If you are a buyer from one of the countries of the European Union, no. All products are already cleared through customs and arrive straight to your door.
