At GoVital.eu we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We are proud of the quality of our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of all items within 14 days without giving any reason.
Your Statutory Rights
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days, beginning from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives your ordered item.
To return your purchase within the 14 day period please find the product you want to return under My Account/Recent Orders tab. Choose appropriate order and fill and submit the form bellow.
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us using the personalised return label within 14 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation and the item itself we’ll refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We cannot accept returned merchandise without submitted form bellow.
We can’t refund any priority, express or other courier component of the postage charge. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don’t make it back to our warehouse.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team; phone +385 1 615 46 46 (working days from 09-14 CET) or email us. Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a new product or a refund if the products are returned within 30 days of the dispatch date to the returns address below. The products will be inspected and if the fault is agreed, a full refund or a new product will be given for the returned products. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
Credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. Postage for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, however, we will send replacement for damaged products at our cost.
