Cinnamon and Fenugreek
Cinnamon and Fenugreek are used in traditional medicine, but, like other plant extracts, unfortunately, does not have an officially approved EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) health claim. For traditional usage, look elsewhere for information. At this point, we will only mention that Cinafen contains “true” cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) extract, which corresponds to the amount of 3.000 mg of cinnamon powder, without fat-soluble polyphenols, which can, in larger quantities, be harmful to the liver.

Directions: One to two tablets per day. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Can be used in conjunction with any other product in the Vitabiotics range.
