You will receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Delivery takes approx. 4-7 working days. During this time, you can check the status of your package with your tracking number.
If your package does not arrive despite a confirmation of delivery, please enquire with your local GLS service point first. If a local GLS representative is not able to tell you where your shipment is, please contact our team and we will help you try to locate it.
